Today, 2/14/2026 @ 2:14am @alanalovingtrue and I welcomed our little Valentine into the world: Luke Alan Lacy. Tune in tonight on @pbsnature to watch some of my handiwork! I filmed some cute burrowing owls inside their burrow a few years ago for this show called “Parenthood”, and Episode One, “Grasslands” airs tonight! Let me know what you think! I worked alongside an incredibly talented team from @silverback_films which did an amazing job on this series. On this Giving Tuesday, I wanted to share why Reel Earth Films is so important to me. I just uploaded something I still can’t believe I captured on camera… I thought it would be fun to make a short film by challenging myself to get out into the desert for a couple of hours, with nothing but my iPhone.... no tripod, no extra gear, just the phone in my hands. WOW! Thank you all for the incredible love and support as we get ready to welcome baby Luke into the world! Wolves vs. Bison **MY BIGGEST ANNOUNCEMENT EVER!!** Who’s going to Jackson Wild - @jacksonwildorg - this year? I’d love to (re)connect if you’re attending!
