Effective date: September 7, 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern purchases and use of Filming The Wild courses, digital materials, and 1:1 guidance services. By purchasing or using these services, you agree to these terms.
Purchases and payment
Prices are shown at checkout. Payment must be successfully completed before course access or a paid service is provided. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe or PayPal.
Course access and account responsibility
Course access is for the individual purchaser unless a different arrangement is confirmed in writing. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You may not share, reproduce, resell, distribute, or publicly display course videos, downloads, lessons, or other protected materials without written permission.
1:1 guidance calls
After purchasing a 1:1 call, you will be asked to propose three preferred times between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Arizona time. A time is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from Filming The Wild. Requests to reschedule should be made at least 24 hours before the confirmed appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may not qualify for a refund. If Filming The Wild must cancel, you may reschedule or request a full refund. If no mutually suitable time can be arranged, the call purchase will be refunded.
Refunds
Course, digital-product, cancellation, and 1:1 call refund terms are explained in the Refund and Cancellation Policy at https://filmingthewild.com/refund_returns/. That policy forms part of these terms.
Educational information and results
Courses and guidance provide educational information based on professional experience. Results vary according to each participant’s experience, effort, equipment, conditions, and other circumstances. No specific commercial, creative, financial, employment, audience-growth, or filmmaking result is guaranteed.
Wildlife, travel, and production safety
You are responsible for your own decisions, safety, legal compliance, permits, insurance, equipment, travel, and conduct around wildlife. Always follow applicable laws, land-management rules, ethical wildlife practices, and professional safety guidance.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, Filming The Wild owns or licenses the website, course, video, written, photographic, downloadable, and branding materials. Purchasing access does not transfer ownership or grant permission for redistribution.
Website availability
We work to keep the website, checkout, and course systems available and accurate, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, third-party services, internet outages, security events, or other circumstances may occasionally affect availability. If a material access problem occurs, contact us so we can help restore access or provide an appropriate remedy.
Privacy
Personal information is handled according to the Privacy Policy at https://filmingthewild.com/privacy-policy/.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt to disrupt the website, gain unauthorized access, misuse another person’s account, copy protected content, or use the services for unlawful activity. Access may be suspended for material misuse or violations of these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Filming The Wild is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use of educational content, website interruptions, third-party platforms, travel, filming activities, or individual business decisions. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when services, technology, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will be updated when material changes are published.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without limiting any consumer rights that apply under other mandatory law.
